I 100% dislike taking any airplane.
Turbulence is no joke when in the air. No matter how little or big. I can understand them being shook from that. The slightest bit of turbulence makes you feel like you're on a rollercoaster ride only not as fun more fearful. Thank God everyone is doing ok.

always wear your seatbelt. pee before taking off so you don't have to get up in the flight.

I have seen some people taking seat belt sign on lightly.
I was on a UA flight from Cancun and this guy after take off of the flight open the luggage tray even though the seat sign is on.
The flight is still climbing and the sign was on. The flight crew are strapped in. Imagine if there was a sudden turbulence the luggage could have hit someone.
Please follow the signs and stay strapped in all the time.

When I fly I loosen my seatbelt during flight but i always leave it on for this reason.

It’s worth saying that air flight is by far the safest form of transport, especially in developed countries. Turbulence, while scary is perfectly normal.
That is why passengers should buckled when seated.
But shouldn't the FAA grounded or delayed this flight? Im assuming the weather forecast dictated otherwise!
I used to like a bit of turbulence – until one day I was on a flight with really bad turbulence. It was hell for 45 minutes. I was nearly sick. At the destination, there was 3 failed attempts at landing in 80MPH winds before the 4th attempt when the Captain got the plane on the ground. Everyone getting off the flight was totally white or green in colour! I didn't feel right for a couple of days.
How amazing they were able to land before being over the ocean for so many hours.
Ok until this year when have we ever had turbulence this bad!!? Like when please more reports from prior to 2023! Something isn’t right?!?
Ths airline is quite reputable airline.. safe one. Myb now they hve a diffrnt maintenance team. Low quality ones.

I was on a flight with really bad turbulence recently. We were all warned by the captain that it would happen. What made it worse was all of the screaming hysterical white women, which then caused all of the children and babies to start screaming too. I’ve never seen such a melodramatic lack of self control. There should be a special muzzle onboard tailor made for Karens.

There's a pilot here in Youtube who says he always buckle his seatbelt and keeps it that way all the flight when he's a passenger in the plane himself. I take that advice.
