I go to WSU and live 3 min away from him. Nothing happens much in Pullman. So this is pretty big, but a TA wouldn’t give the biggest picture of him or his Interactions in the community.
My guess is he frequented the Moscow nightlife and ran into one of the girls. And got rejected and took it too personal. He was known to have personal issues and responding to females inappropriately in bars back home from what I’ve gathered online.
