I am totally in favor of global warming. I hate the long, cold winters in Vail, Colorado, where I live. So a year ago I began focusing on increasing my carbon footprint. Thus far I have been able to raise the average daily temperature in Colorado by 4 degrees. I will continue increasing my carbon footprint until I am able to grow palm trees in my yard. I appreciate the assistance I get from the many celebrities, politicians and government officials who fly around in private jets. I am grateful that I live in a free country and am free to increase my carbon footprint.

You folks stay safe down there!! We are fighting part of this battle up here in Canada too. I'm in BC – all the roads may be closed by tomorrow. We are all together in this winter struggle!! This storm system is spread across Canada & most parts of the US. I don't want to be a Debbie Downer – but this makes me think of one of my favorite movies – Dennis Quaid's "The Day After Tomorrow" As one traveller said on the evening News – just hunker down.
