RS continues to deny any use of nuclear weapons to resolve the ukraine war. In reality, RS wants to buy time to modernize its nuclear forces, which will be dominating the gkobe, inside and outside. It has moved the nuclear strategy from short and decisiveness to long term survival and continuous domination. 3 out of 4 nuclear offensive countries are in preemptive attack readiness at anytime. The other nuclear counteroffensive countries are feared of using their own nuclear weapons.
About the ukraine war, the nato heavy weapons are unreliable and are unable to prolong its battlefield sustainment. It's reported that the US made super howitzer M-777 was blown up its own long barrel after 17 shotfires. Zelenski is so involved in mikitary corruption by disposing the old weapons to get latest nato weapons for better prices in military black market. How? Leave the intact weapons at the battlefields for RS. So, it's no need of nuclear solution in ukraine.
