It is not the job of the U.S. Attorney to determine if Biden can stand trial or not. It is up to the Court. This is not case where Biden as a witness and is unable to recount what happened and the prosecutor cannot pursue charges but rather he is the one accused. If he is incompetent to stand trial he should be jailed until such time as he is able to stand trial.
This guy here is covering for the U..S. Attorney. He is misleading people about what should be done or what is normally done when a criminal has been determined to be to incompetent to stand trial. Once that happens they do not get to walk around free they just go to mental hospital or jail until such time as they are competent to stand trial. And that must be determined by the court.
The U.S. Attorney does have a legal reason to pursue charges against Biden and his mental state does not free him from prosecution. To prosecute and not to prosecute has always been the sole discretion of the prosecutor but should he refuse to charge Biden but then charge Trump then he has in fact violated the equal protection clause. And it proves Trump being charged is politically motivated.
If you truly believe in the things that are coming out of your mouth why don't you cause more rhetoric
And once again a democrat goes unpunished for a crime they committed….you know who being the first…..this unaccountable lawlessness is destroying the quality of life in the United States…this 2 tier justice system has to end

Biden didn't just 'retain' classified documents [what a generous way of saying it], he planned and STOLE thousands of documents over a span of years and shared them unlawfully for profit. At the very least, Biden needs to do a thorough public mental competence test followed by a public hearing to question him about the classified documents he stole over many years. I'm waiting for a reporter to be brave enough to ask Biden a few questions; WHY he stole classified documents over years as far back as a Senator, HOW did he steal them from the SCIF, WHO else helped him cover up the theft of the documents..?
