This was in Saranggani Province 2 weeks ago with M6.9. The bigger and newer quake was last Saturday night with M7.4 in Surigao and another 6.8 this Monday morning also. These provinces are both in Mindanao.
Foreigners keep living there because cost of living is cheap but so dangerous earthquakes and typhoons all the time. I tried living there once gave up after surviving one earthquake and one typhoon
