In my opinion, Rilee Rossouw is the best T20 batter in the DC squad. He should certainly be in there. He has been in awesome form since 2022(average:33.63, strike rate:167.54). Besides, Rovman Powell is a terrible player of spin-bowling especially leg spin bowlers(average:20, strike rate:114). Also, Mitchell Marsh hasn't been in great T20 form since last year(average:25.90, strike rate:134.98) though he has done pretty well in the recently concluded series between India and Australia. Even in the previous match, Rossouw was the only batter who showed some good form. Even though, both Marsh and Powell can bowl, I think what Rossouw can contribute with the bat is much more than how much Powell or Marsh can contribute with their all-round abilities.
