Section 230 needs to be amended. It must allow for class-action lawsuits otherwise this will keep continuing unabated. Its high time we were able to as-a-peoples hold social media & their political bedfellows – accountable. Of course it has been nice to be protected from trolling lawsuits and such, but if there is ample reasoning for class-action lawsuits that should be allowed to run its course through our legal system.
