The government cannot and should not be able to stop any individual from working for any company unless the individual(s) are (or have been) incarcerated. The bill of rights protects people from the poor government leadership that has put ~563 smaller regional banks in this situation.
What needs to be done is firing the top management of these banks that put them in this situation in the first place if they are allow to stay than nothing will change and we will have another crisis down the line again
