Black girls? Black people! Its hard out here getting funding for flight classes. Send help please 🙏. Wish I had help and support on the road to the goal. But I'll get there eventually. Not giving up on my dream, even at 35. Once I get it, Im definitely giving back so no poc will go through this without a helping hand!
encouraging kids is always great , but being a pilot is a bit different than all other professions.. Generally , those who succeed were passionate about flying since they were kids . They didnt need a push to look at that job sector.There are no casual pilots in commercial aviation and really there shouldnt be .

So not because of the grades or exams, but because of her preconceived notion that she is different and everyone else is racist, ie her own racism.

Libatrds need to stop. When I’m on a plane I don’t care about representation or inclusion. I care that the pilot is the most skilled at their job. Black people need stop playing professional victim. Every other ethnicity in America has been able to prosper expect Black people because other groups work hard and don’t let “the system” affect them while black people just blame their lack of progress on white people. I’ve never seen a more pathetic victimhood mentality.
More affirmative action nonsense that is going to get good experienced pilots fired or lose opportunity. Hiring people based on their race instead of actual piloting skill and experience 🤡 welcome to our new clown world it just gets worse every year.
I am all for young minority girls to receive help to obtain a goal that seems out of their reach. I am curious about the facts as to the minority adults helping these girls with their dreams. Do these adults limit participation to the financial benefits they are providing to just a certain minority group or is this inclusive to all minority groups? By groups, I mean the young girls. If you know please reply.
It costs upward of $90,000 just to get a commercial license that isn’t even close to the airline pilot’s license. It’s pure economics and has nothing to do with skin color.
Facts i dont see natives getting the same opportunities and representation by the United States even after genocide murders and stealing their land by the United States. Oh, i forgot only black lives matter. Talk about racism still exist in the United States and its proof that many Americans are still being excluded from American society. To my American natives some of us believe in equality and standing fighting for youre success. Im still praying for one day to have a Native American president.
