Death Traps…
Tbh the other side of this is that 7 years later, who knows who / what the driver is today, who his family is, who his friends are, does he have animals. It's very easy to imagine myself in the soldier's shoes on this, and honestly my Shadow would pull me in a direction similar to this. That said, it isn't right. And if he had been successful, he probably would have caused repercussions that would destroy people he wouldn't have wanted or intended to. But right isn't always easy, and forgiving and moving on from your mother's death at the hands of another man's negligence is a lot to ask of anyone, no matter what society's laws or obligations – or what's right.
Does he really need to be charged though? Also don’t Americans have freedom of speech anyways?
What about that goon that murdered his mother?
75 days in jail is good enough. Move on B
Honestly, the fact that the guy killed his mother and only served 75 days in jail is disgusting. The kid should be released immediately.
i mean, i think hes a threat to they guy who literally obliterated his mom and only got 75 days in jail for it. but i think thats reasonable
He looks innocent
It's not the driver's fault he only got 75 days for accidentally smashing a van like a soda can. If this guy was seeking "revenge", he should have been going after the judge.
If you want something done right, do it yourself.
75 days sounds like the court declared his mother meant nothing. She was sent away like an old bag of trash. Injustice drives mental illness.
I don’t blame the kid 😢
He really sucks at getting revenge. Trying to get someone else to do the dirty work is just beyond stupidity, and ultimately would probably be unsatisfying.
Oh no baby . I’m sure his mother wouldn’t want him sitting on trial or in prison somewhere suffering. I can’t say that I blame him, but for his mental health and a good quality of life- he has to make peace with it.
Can't say that I blame the kid
Was the death accidental or intentional? Was it even negligent? Was it avoidable?
75 days for that is wild knowing they gave my homey 9 years and tried as an adult for that when he was only 16 and didnt steal the car
Rogue vigilante! Revenge is dangerous.
Can we blame him though?
Person got killed for what is kind of court sentence 😒 😮ridiculous
Why did the court gave 2 months of jail to a person who killed someone. That surely will make a family member angry.
Can’t say I blame him.
You may be disturbed by my statement, but if I were on a jury and his case was in front of me, and this was what happened. I'd acquit. I don't want to hear your arguments. I simply want you to understand, I'd acquit, over the insulting 75 days. The driver should run and run real good, if this was my mom. Sorry. Any sentence would be worth it, if it were my mom. 75 days, I bet that made his paid more severe, and likely caused this temporary insanity!
75 days in jail for reckless driving resulting in a death?? That sounds like a suspiciously light sentence.
