I know we're supposed to hate those guys, but aren't there hundreds of spy satellites? Many of which are ours and Russia and many other countries. So what's the difference?

I live in Seoul and it was quite tense but also confusing for about 15-20mins. Air raid sirens went off and then the alert came through saying to prepare to evacuate and when the alert comes through on your phone it also makes a siren noise. It was a few good moments of madness.
