I hope Southwest gets it together…if they go under I will never fly again…they are the only airline with the brains to not charge for checked luggage! They should charge for carry ons outside of a small bag. People who carry on their luggage is why planes take so damn long to board and deplane

'Normal' isnt necessarily good when it comes to Southwest. My flights got canceled or delayed the last 4 times I flew with them and this was all before this holiday season. Only reason I went back was to use my vouchers. I'll never actually spend my money for one of their seats. Not worth it.

Oh, Southwest will help reimburse your expenses, but only if they are deemed "reasonable". They need to go over and above to salvage their damaged reputation now. They can't blame this on the weather either. They are the only one cancelling such a huge percentage of their flights compared to their competition.
