  3. I am going out of my way to NOT fly Southwest on my business trip even though my company has a contract with them. Hope the contract doesn't get renewed. SW's IT system is so antiquated that I can't book a flight online through my company portal and get an immediate response. I have to call a travel agent to have him manually book the flight. I usually am on hold for at least an hour for a flight that I don't know if it is sold out or not. Terrible! No such issues with AA, Delta, United.

  4. I gotta say, as someone caught in the chaos, at least they fully reimbursed me for my lost wages and car rental to drive home.

The 'SKY SOLVER' program that they had in their computors WASN'T solving any sky problems……They might as well have gone back to carrier-pigeon…….Please stop blaming the unprescedented weather because all airlines were still operating…….There system of hub-to-hub flights, their sky-solver piece of junk software and where pilots have to phone a old-fashioned telephone number to speak with a person about what there weekly flight scheduale is in this day and age is just pathetic

  6. Sometimes things happen and I get that why in the heck were they flying passengers bags without them? People were asking for their check-in bags back so they could make other arrangements but were being told it was sent to their destination without them…….What happens to the many people who just decided to wait things out in a city hotel until things calm down but if they want to put on a jacket, change their underwear, change their babies diapers then they can forget it because THEIR LUGGAGE was sent without them…….That si the dumbest rule I have ever heard of and it makes no sense,
