If their systems and processes can't even coordinate scheduling of flight crew, imagine the state of Southwest Airlines maintenance processes. Inexcusable. Fire the CEO and executive leadership.

This is why I always get scared when my crazy parents want me to fly to visit relatives for Christmas. It was around '03 and so many flights were booked that my parents gave me the flight itinerary:

DIA to SNA (Orange County, CA)
SNA to SFO (San Francisco)
