This is a beautiful shot! No lie, I was on the engineering team that helped design the payload of Intelsat Galaxy 33 and Galaxy 34 satellites that are sitting inside that Falcon 9 Space X rocket.
I wasn't down there for launch though unfortunately.

The rocket was captured at an angle where the moon would be in the background, The wavy look is caused by the heat of the vehicle and anything else around the rocket from the tip of the rocket down could be caused by the speed of the vehicle.
