Unfit to stand trial but somehow fit to run the country?
Hey, I don't know about anyone else, but I'm gonna go remove something I could use from my neighbor's house, keep it for as long as I can, and then if I am questioned about it in a few years – I'll cooperate and give it back. Easy peasy, no consequences! Who knew!
He knowingly removed removed them from the SCIF even though Senators are never allowed to removed documents from that secure location, he had them for years and years, he illegally shared them with his ghost writer, he stored them sloppily in multiple locations, he never came clean about them until RIGHT AFTER the Trump document fiasco popped up in the news (suggesting that Biden or his attorneys had an "uh-oh -we better get ahead of this" moment) , he lied to the American people when he said he was unaware that he had the documents and he blamed his staff for "misplacing" them. So what's the message here? You can do really bad, illegal things and get away with it as long as after a few years you let them know you did really bad, illegal things?
Shuffle still president until January 26th and it's been 4 years of he was a part of something which they still have yet to prove..
Choosing not to prosecute because a jury is unlikely to return a guilty verdict because a defendant may be perceived as not having the mental faculties to stand trial is not exoneration.
It's actually quite damning for a sitting President.

Actually criminal charges ARE warranted. If the Justice Department thinks they just gave Biden a "get out of jail" card, think again because their findings are now written documentation/evidence that Biden is unfit for office. 25th Amendment time!

This is totally BS. So, the prosecutor says Biden is too old and has poor memory and do he is free from prosecution, but he is able to run and qualified as the president of the US. This is speaking from both sides of the mouth. Also, this guy says Biden returns the documents, but Trump refused. So, that's the difference and that's why Trump needs to be prosecuted. Going along this logic. if you commit a crime and confess, you are free. Why are these people so dishonest and insulting the American people? But nobody including the special prosecutor mention that Biden was the vice president and senator and the constitution or any law of the land gave him the authority to take classified material home. On the other hand, Trump was the president and there is specific law permitting him to declassify the documents. Also, why poor memory is the excuse for not prosecution. Can I commit a crime and simply say I don't remember? If it's true Biden lost memory, then what's his defense for the qualification for running for reelection? It smells corruption.

So Joe Biden is old & cognitively impaired (8 years ago), according to special prosecutor Hur, and that’s why he won’t be charged for leaving classified documents all over the place.

Both President Biden and former Vice president Mike Pence returned Gov documents. Hey both cooperated with the National Archives investigations. They have both been cleared of any wrong doing. Trump willfully took Gov document, When asked to return the documents he refused to do so. It follows if Trump had returned all of the gov documents when asked to. He would not be under criminal investigation. Trump is in trouble because of his own willful pride. His unwillingness to cooperate.
