He won't charge. What a shock. The duplicity here is just another example of the absolute and complete corruption of the entirety of the Democratic party. I challenge a single Democrat to come forward and tell us that if President Trump should be charged, so should President Biden. It won't happen, and we knew ahead of time that this report was a foregone conclusion.
That is a bunch of bs. The truth is that Biden collaborated immediately and during the investigation; there was nothing to find. Shame on the prosecutor who is using his position to use as a campaign against Buden.
Willfully retained materials for how many years? Apparently, the longer you willfully retain and disclose confidential information the more legal it is to do so.

So by this admission, Trump is also acquitted. He was legally allowed to have classified documents as POTUS, Biden was NOT as a senator.
Biden invited the agents in to take whatever they wanted. Trump did not do that part. They had to break in when he wasn't home. That's the difference, that is why Donald Trump is a criminal and enemy of the United States. Biden COOPERATED.
So, 3 options if SC wont prosecute Biden – 1. He cannot prosecute a sitting Pres ( or is that only if your name is Trump? 🧐). 2. The SC is culpably negligent . 3 THERE IS NO EVIDENCE TO PROSECUTE BIDEN!!!
