I believe Trump can make an appeal to all of the 11 Judges on the DC Court of Appeals as an option prior to SCOTUS. Obviously, 3 already against Trumps claim so only need 3 of the remaining 8 to sustain.
This is unconstitutional. Appeals courts don't have jurisdiction over the President without Congress explicitly authorizing it!
