Republican governor Kristi Noem hopes to go even further should the Supreme Court overturn Roe v. Wade.

Abortion rights need to be limited.. 20 weeks Reason being no fetus has ever survived outside the womb past 21 weeks that's the current world record.. meaning it's a separate entity at 20 weeks..The fetus/baby can survive outside the womb…If a mother is killed with baby inside they get a double homicide charge … 20 weeks is more than enough time to know if you want to keep a baby or not.. now if she has a life-threatening complication she would need a doctors note to abort past 20 weeks.. To give you a little idea about Abortion a friend of mine had one By doctor now she can no longer conceive and have a baby because of the abortion she will be childless the rest of her life… Think twice before you have one .I know it's a tough choice try to make the correct one obviously it's not easy.. 20 week should be a federal law plain and simple..It would make both sides happy and of course some people Will never be satisfied either way
