Amid a historic drought intensified by climate change, the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation announced unprecedented water cuts to states along the Colorado River. The river sustains some of the largest cities in the country and about 80 percent of it is used to grow produce that feeds the nation. Future water cuts seem inevitable as the megadrought worsens.

Manchin: "I haven't done anything that isn't for my state or my country". That includes polluting the state and country for personal profit.
Trump: "The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make US manufacturing non-competitive"..
The Southwest states are DESERTS. Water Evaporates in Deserts! Yet homes in these states have POOLS, FOUNTAINS, PONDS, SPRINKLER SYSTEMS, JACUZZIS etc. Luxury homes in Los Angeles have two or more large pools including the aforementioned liquid accoutrements. Las Vesgas is a mini-sea with enormous fountains billowing Jets of water into the dry desert air and sprinklers for myriad golf courses. SHUT THEM DOWN, DRAIN THEM because Fines DON'T WORK, OWNERS JUST PAY THEM!
Mega drought🙄🙄🙄
And people are moving there in droves!???
Cut off California, that state is corrupt sh!thole.
Are maybe pump water from the gulf of California.
Doesn't Mexico get their water from that river? I'm sorry let me rephrase that. Didn't Mexico USE to get their water from that river?
They say move to Arizona. The house is cheap. ROFL 🤣😂
I'm sure this can all be solved with tax cuts for the rich and a larger military budget #republicans2022
This is a massive lie, this is the wettest year I’ve seen along the Colorado river in the past 10 years. When ya actually live on the river, it’s hard to buy this amount of outright fabrication. It’s been nothing but massive rain storms the entire month of July and so far this first half of august.
But people still deny climate change
Stupid Democrats I've been saying build a desalination plant for 30 years already
Wait I’m in TX, and the Colorado river runs through here… and of course Greg Abbott a dumass, WERE SSSOOO DDDOOOOOOOMMMMMED🫤
They have been warned for years about the problem. Here's a clue: Stop building in the middle of a desert. Duh.
Great idea to drain the 77 million year old Colorado river dry so people can live in LA. Then complain to others about climate change. Selling water rights is so dumb.
Hmmmm, maybe stop watering golf fields and giving them excuses for golf field being "important?"?
Hillary Clinton tried to make a deal December 6, 2017 and they told her no LOL all you people are done now
I've got a great idea.
Let's build golf courses in the Arizona desert.
Putting water where water doesn't belong, and exploiting it across an inhabitable landscape for humans and then to top it off, irrigation for farms in the dessert. In. The. Dessert.
WhAt CoUlD gO wRoNg??
Didn't some goof decide to close the upper dam causing this mega unprecedented drought?
CIRT better not fallow again. I hope Native leaders stop extolling the overlords' policies and dismantle laws that limits our sucess to prosperity respectively. 🙌🏽🙌🏽💎💎
SO HAPPY I AM LEAVING SF!! It's TOO DRY OUT HERE.
No one's going to care until it's too late
They let corruption grow so God has to get their attention.
Almost a bigger disaster than MAGA 🤣
Water's great, but I prefer beer. No shortages there.
