Good to see Portland's police department using drones in making progress to help the public and combat crime. Now if only Portland's mayor and city councilmembers allow Portland PD and the Multnomah County Sheriff Department to do their jobs in policing the streets and deal with graffiti, vandalism, drugs, and the homelessness situation that's plaguing Portland and it's outlining communities, they would be in good shape.
Portland is a beautiful city with wonderful friendly people that deserve better from their elected officials. The once gem of the northwest can be that again, if only people act and do something to return it to it's former glory.

Although, the right to privacy is not explicitly expressed in the Constitution, the 4th Amendment implies that people have the right to privacy.
