The construction design and materials of which houses in the USA are built in tornado affected zones, are inappropriate in their safety function to protect the residents.Why are the architects and construction engineers not adopting housing with basement living accommodation below ground and concrete dome roofs? Having pretty houses above ground, but unsafe and offering very poor protection against tornades,does not make sense.
