It’s rigged anyways.
Section 3: Disqualification from office for insurrection or rebellion was written and passed and adopted on July 9th 1868 Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Keep in mind when our fore-fathers were writing the CONSTITUTION of the United States they were concerned about two things:
1 – Separation of church and state: The RIGHT to WORSHIP as you saw fit – – remember that is one BIG REASON they left England
2 – The other was that they would write in the CONSTITUTION that NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. They were leaving an INSTITUTION where a KING was in charge and ABOVE ALL LAWS!
Our FORE-FATHERS would not have ALLOWED THEMSELVES to write ANY LAWS that didn't INCLUDE THE PRESIDENT and the VICE-PRESIDENT from having to also be accountable.
If you look at section 3 it says NO PERSON!
