A friend of mine clerks for a major, liberal, activist federal judge in DC. Those judges are laughing at this decision. The unspoken plan is, they will simply find, in the many thousands of cases coming down the pike, 100% for the alphabet agencies. The sheer number of appeals will overwhelm SCOTUS and most will just stand, by default, with lower, liberal courts decision.
We are deluding ourselves if we think liberals and their friends in the Deep State are just gonna play fair and abide by the rules. They didn't when they faked an election and deposed a sitting President… and they won't with this decision.

I have said for years that unelected federal agencies have been unconstitutionally destroying America as they are weaponized against our own citizens. I am excited maybe it will put all the agencies on notice that they're not allowed to be dictators.
