They have a strong opportunity to win, but look at who their front runner candidate is right now somebody so divisive so controversial that most believe that if he is the nominee they lose. Even Republicans believe that. Then they refused to come to terms with the issue of abortion in America. They know most of the American public don’t agree with hard-core Christian conservative ideas regarding abortion. Yet Republicans refuse to address the issue. It’s going to come up in debate time and time again they are going to have to deal with it but they don’t have an answer for it. They will try and deflect. They will try and find other issues but time and time again it’s been shown that the issue they need to deal with.

Sorry, but all of the number crunchers predicted a red wave for the Republicans in 2022 that never happened. I truly believe that the Democrats might have held on to the House had they just tried harder, but they were convinced they'd lose and spent more on Senate races like the one in GA. Of course I understand why, but now it is much too early to be making predictions about 2024. Just my opinion.
