STUART VARNEY: Inflation is not limited to energy. The price of wheat has risen an astonishing 50 percent since February 24th. When the war began. You get a shock at the gas station. You get a shock at the grocery store.
What’s Biden going to do about it? Not much. He talks about spending more money to lower costs. Not sure that works. He is said to be considering going ahead with the keystone pipeline. Bit late for that.
What’s the Fed doing about it? Jay Powell will raise interest rates a quarter point this month. That won’t do much short term.

What isn’t “tenable” is for the United States and the countries of Europe to just sit there polishing their aircraft and defense gear while Putin is bombing cities. What are we afraid of, anyway? Putin has exposed the underbelly of Russia. If we don’t take advantage of this now we’re fools. All the arguments against helping Ukraine also apply against helping any other country in the future. And by then, we may not have as good a shot as we have now. Leadership requires resolve. Wars are not prosecuted well by committee.

This all started before the war. It's the left war on America that started it all. Come on man.
Fox viewers have to face a series of unpleasant realities:
1) Biden has done an excellent job of rallying Nato and the world against Russia. Putin has been defeated. He can deciminate these cities but he can't hold the country. Checkmate—Biden wins.
2) Fox pundits aided and abetted the emeny for weeks if not months and years leading up to this nightmare. Tucker, Watters, Judge Jeneane, Hannity, Ingraham, Levin: they aren't serious people. In order to "own the libs" and score rhetorical points they deliberately encouraged support for Russia among the AMerican population and cheered Russia on to take over Ukraine. All of these people I have named need to be taken off the air. They are not conservatives, and they are certainly not loyal Americans. They are cynical and nihilistic attention whores.
3) Trump is toast. It is over folks. His celebrating Putin as a "savvy" "genius" and his forces as "peacekeepers" on the eve of the invasion—that was the end. Even Fox viewers must see that this individual is unfit for office. Republicans have a very strong field of candidates that they could draw on for 2024—far, far superior to what the Dems have on offer. The time has come to turn away from Trump.
