WARNING: Graphic Video. A Palm Coast, Florida high school teacher’s aide was attacked by a student. The police report says he was upset that the aide took his Nintendo Switch away. The 17-year-old has been charged with “felony aggravated battery with bodily harm.” NBC News’ Emilie Ikeda speaks with the president of the Florida Education Association, who says the attack was a consequence, in part, of understaffing.

The problem: accountability, punishment, entitlement, victimization, society/family/community values……
The solution: education a lot more healthcare …. Accountability….real punishment and a technical back up education while being productive to society performing a force sensible fair paying labor (will help with damages) while serving due time.

Soon, there will no teachers left signing up for this. Schools and teachers aren't obligated to spend time with kids who aren't even truly wanted by their own parents. Teachers should be allowed to file lawsuits against parents and/or guardians for assaults like this. The only consequence that will stop this madness is prison time and huge fines. Then, watch all this stop immediately. Minors are now so confident to show this level of aggression towards adults because of ongoing permissive school systems and parents. It all started with "child-centered" learning, no grades, no homework, and lots of coddling. That ideology is now being promoted in many schools of education. Imagine how traumatized other students would have been witnessing this in class. The problem is public schools can't be selective about who gets accepted in schools. Public schools must accept the worst types of students, even students with a history of misbehavior and poor academic performance.
And of course the student showed signs, had been violent in the past, and police were aware of his …yadda… yadda… yadda. I'm sure liberal prosecutors will let him plea out of a felony, he will receive ZERO prison time and within 10 years he'll murder someone. Go libs!

Whenever you hit your head …….. don't guess…..go to the ER pronto. You could eventually develop a subdural hematoma & subsequent brain herniation or other serious complications, etc. I have know of people who have fallen backwards or hit their head on furniture, bathtub who have died.
