  1. If they lied about it, they knew it was wrong

  2. If it's not considered abuse will it be considered abuse if you are caught on camera doing this to ur own child …… you can say it's abuse if a parent does this but if school does it no problem…..either it's acceptable or it's not

  3. Sue the school and the administrator

  4. I blame sugar. Mother your kid is mentally challenged your a crappy mother. Listen magnesium b vitamins etc could help your kid. Orthomedical medicine is key. Good luck I might have misspelled it.

  5. Sorry but the staff have the right to protect themselves from that violent student.
The student was repeatedly making threats, throwing punches and even charging the staff and repeatedly acting violent.

The student and mother have no right to claim any damages because the student repeatedly caused the situation escalating it by his violent actions and words.

  6. I used to be in classes with these type of kids they are very angry and strong. Some of them had punched out windows and did all kinds of crazy stuff.. sometimes the teachers don't know what they are doing or can do. Not a lot of them know how to handle this type of kid but they become teachers.

  7. If he had a good enough grip on him to throw him against a wall he could probably have waled him into that room….
It looked like a heavy weight against a feather weight…. that was totally a throw….

  8. The little brat had it coming. Sure the adult could have handle it differently, but that definitely wasn't abuse as more or less it was a reaction. I say give the adult a little bit more training as the kid could have gotten hurt.

  9. Parent should home school their child if they are attempting to physically abuse administrators. Goes both ways.

  10. Stop looking for money. He's a brat. Perfect response. ..

  11. Can you honestly judge the administrator when they can’t even suspend kids if they’re like this? Or expel kids the whole video wasn’t caught on here I think there’s a possibility that the kid fell like that on purpose to get the administrator in trouble just because they should be trained doesn’t mean they should take Kids like that

  12. Can’t they just suspend the kid???

  13. This is so sad. I feel for the kid 😢

  14. So much anger so much violence it's crazy

  15. "He wasn't hurt bad enough for it to qualify as abuse". Wow didn't know there was a damage scale for it. what did they say "See no bruises it's not abuse. "

  16. She can't control her kid now she's putting other adults in bad situations

  17. What else do you expect. The child is out of control.

  18. Momma caked up for the camera.

  19. His mother should've swallowed

  20. If a parent did it it would be considered child abuse he needs to be charged
