People who think guns are the problem are suffering from mental health. The president is protected by people carrying guns. This guy could have killed the same amount of people with a knife. No kid should have to live in fear. I don't like guns, I don't feel comfortable with guns but I believe in the right to protect oneself. If I thought banning guns would end the violence I would support it but guns aren't the only means of killing.

There is more and their gun laws didn't stop killings with guns.
What we should learn from Australia is that people who want to kill are going to find a way and that criminals will still get and use guns.
I think a lot of people would prefer gunfire to being burned alive or stabbed to death and you have a better chance of survival with a loud gun than a fire or knife.
Let's address what is leading people to commit these attrocious acts and create a better society where these things won't happen with any weapon.

ok so as the debate goes on about taking guns away……… just because law abiding citizens will follow a law banning gun does not mean that criminals that do not abide by that law wont get a fire arm and do the same thing that just happened if someone can tell me the best way to deal with criminals receiving firearms unlawfully and it be effective then you have my support but it has to be effective. if someone is going to break the law and murder someone i promise you they will have absolutely no issue getting a unlawful illegal fire arm to do so.
Are they armed? How do they protect themselves if a gunman comes up right there? By chanting?
