The Supreme Court has agreed to weigh in on whether former President Donald Trump can be kicked off of the 2024 ballot in Colorado. The case is expected to be argued on February 8, the same day as the Nevada caucus.

Assuming the 14 amendment secotion 3 doesn’t need due process violates section 1.
SCOTUS is an appeals court. Appeals. Trump hasn't been charged or undergone a trial for anything. No lower court judge has rendered any verdict based upon any evidence or testimony. It's all a demonstration of how ignorant Americans are of their own law.
