Its much harder to try to enforce zero policy than a process system. Gorsuck is right Title 42 has been used improperly to just keep everyone out , except Trump chinese . russian , saudi real estate clients, who got fast tracked citizenship with the deal. Most of these migrants are farmers , etc , but not all . Some are professionals and have ( had) money. Just paying a coyote is up to 8k per person. Walls ,like locked doors, keep honest folks out. If i came thousands of miles with my family, and ran into zero policy, wall ,etc. certainly wouldnt just go back.
