Red flag laws are against the right to due process. People in Pennsylvania can be 302 involuntary mental commitment. If they are a danger to themselves or others. This does not violate due process and archives the same goal. The red flag allows anyone to accuse any one else and strips them of facing thier accuser and thier rights to trial. They accused is assumed guilty and must prove they are innocent while already losing thier freedom and property.
