If they strike down the provision that other Indian tribal citizens can't get preference then they can't have one tribal citizen be prosecuted by another tribal nation. The supreme court's logic in that is Indians have had these kinds of relationships for hundreds of years. Well, tribal nations have adopted others for hundreds of years as well. Supreme court is full of contradictions when it comes to Indian law. I mean we're all governed by the same blood quantum federal policies why act like other tribal citizens can't get preference for adoption? Another christian family wanting to assimilate native children. This year, evangelical fundamentalists, years ago, Latter Day Saints. Then what, Doomsday preppers?

Tribes are. independent Nations and not subject to State laws. Adoption is a state function not a federal function. This should have been thrown out on its face.

I would hope that all families learn to live as one. The children will teach them. If is good to know where one comes from, it is good to know you are where you belong, it is good to know you are loved by all the village. I really think that the Nations need to be asked not told and as the healing of the Nations from the many years of occupation by other warring factions. The counsels have spoken, and agreements and treaties were established. Since it concerns their own sovereignty the wants of the few families petitioning must not out way the needs of the many of the tribes themselves. There is more here than a matter of Law. The best interest of the children should be foremost and the children remaining within their community is definitely in their best interest for many reasons. If the Plaintiffs really are wholehearted they might want to consider setting up a sponsorship program instead of adoption.

Kevin McCarthy and his family clamed Native American hermitage to obtain 7 million in funding for his family construction business, the money was set aside for small Native businesses. They have zero DNA and no genealogy registered with the National Archives which is required for Natives.

This Evangelical Couple Has No Business Doing This. If An Indian Child Is Not Immersed In Their Own Language, Culture & Traditions, How Do They Learn To Be Indian? Think It's Natural For Indian People To Feel They Belong Out In Nature, Is This Kid Supposed To Live In A Cement Subdivision & Go To The Mall?
