I notice that the Supreme Court is not actually taking away any rights as some are saying, but merely resetting the checks and balances more closely to constitutional mandates. As a bureaucracy the EPA is subservient to the Congress, through the Roe v. wade overturning, a revival of the 10th amendment was achieved ,but never took away the right of Roe necessarily and as the executive changes through election, so does the executive orders even if they reverse another previous one. Though the stay in Mexico policy was a good policy to stem the tide of out of control immigration. What I don’t understand though is why they allowed Biden to overturn Trumps executive order , but did not allow Trump to overturn an Obama executive order. Essential this court is saying , “ everyone needs to stay in their own lane and the court will not make law from the bench. The legislature needs to finally do their jobs and stop abdicating to the courts, bureaucracy, and the presidents with their blasted executive orders.
