  1. Great job Supreme Court. Here is what the lones over at Non-sensical Babbling Clown News don't get. IT WAS A TYPE OF WEBSITE! We would not be hearing anything from this if the courts ruled in favor of this web designer getting victory over say Oath Keepers or Proud Boys, if they sued her for not making a website for her because they were spouting something she does not support or want her business to be associated with. As a matter of fact, we would want to make sure that the courts denied ANYONE with association to these organization to have ANY website posted, even if it was something as simple as saying they little ones are having a bake sale.

  2. US is a Christian Majority Nation. ✝️ ☦️ 💚 ❤️ 💪🏻

  3. If Christian business owners can now legally discriminate against whoever they deem incongruent with their religious faith, then it’s fair that businesses who don’t subscribe to Christianity be legally entitled to discriminate against all Christians too!

  4. God Bless DJT!

Do you think Robert De Niro can be forced to act in a movie that praise's Trump?

  5. Main stream media is guilty of discrimination, you ALL get on your knees for democrat politicians and then you bust out with the KY JELLY.

  6. Okay lets find their google page to bomb it with bad reveiws, its my freedom of speech after all.

  7. Glad to hear there are still rational ppl in America

  8. SHE IS LYING ABOUT HER INFO,,,,SHE HAS TO GO TO JAIL FOR SUCH A HORRIBLE SITUATION!!! LIES, LIES, LIES.

  9. A case without standing?

  10. Gays do no deserve rights

  11. "This is a different type of case. This is on First Amendment grounds so it doesn't depend on the fact that she has a religious objection." I mean, last I checked the 1st Amendment covers religion. It's the first clause. Just saying.

  12. What the jesus-god people can’t handle is that my god hates them more than their god hates me.

  13. The up side is now you dont have to serve religious people or churches either Anyone who believes in a liberal democracy instead of a fascist theocracy should withhold all church donations until the churches decide to once again support a liberal democracy.

  14. A case that was made up by a religious nut job. And used by religious activists judge's this is the same as people who use suicide vest by the court. This is a liberal democracy we allow others to do that what you might not in the name of freedom not a fascist theocracy
The person she said asked her for the web site never existed.
    This is actually treasonous.

  15. It's a matter of this web designer's Christian conscience. She simply wants her conscience clear by making the right decision. You can't be more understandable than that. These 2 can go to another designer.

  16. Everyone has the right to choose. They have the right to choose another web designer

  17. Love it the majority opinion finds basis in interpretation of facts and law and the dissent finds it's footing in emotions and entitlement. Typical if you consider the party affiliation of the justices

  18. Here's a thought. Pass a law that states all businesses that want religious freedom must market their business as "Accepts Customers based on Religious Beliefs". Let them own it! They're proud of their beliefs. Make them put it out there! Win/Win! I can then choose NOT to be a customer!

  19. Compelled speech must not be allowed- this is a win for all of us🗣️🇺🇸🥳

  20. So you can refuse business to someone who refuses to wear a mask, but cant refuse someone for your beliefs? Bro i can chose who i serve and who i dont

  21. Hey let's all go to a Jewish deli and force them to serve us baby back ribs! Does this make sense?

  22. Thats right, its called freedom. Good rulings

  23. in America they trying to force everybody to LGBTQ you got a drink it in the morning you got a drink in the afternoon and like nothing happened that’s the stuff is disgusting

  24. I hope Liberals have a "safe space" that they can crawl back into.

  25. Every one has their own choice, so 😮

  26. There is no point to having deomocrats, republicans, indepdents, greens, representing you in the whitehouse. As these 9 judges who are held there by the most wealthy, over ride, legally, with the military behind them, any decision the peoples house makes. So America is over. These wealthy few are allowing the people of America to die a slow death, from lack of water, air, education, healthcare, safety from police murder, and fascism. Im sorry for you. This is it now.Unless you all can rise up and get the republicans out of all positons of power, you are all destined to die a slow death.

  27. If thats how she wants it she should put a list on her business door who is not welcome. So the whole community can know they are full of hate. Those who hate shouldnt be protected by the Government

  28. When a person decides to go into business in America and sell a product or a service, they do not give up their freedom as an individual. They do not become the slave of any potential customer who wants to buy something in their store. It doesn’t matter if you are a protected class! WHAT YOU BUY IS WHAT WE SELL! THAT’S IT!This goes for baking cakes, web designing or anything else. We are a free people here! WE ARE NOT YOUR SLAVES!!
WHAT WE SELL IS WHAT YOU BUY! Take it or leave it!! They can not order people to be subjected to their will, LIKE SLAVES. This is America and we are not slaves of the LGBT community. And I for one resent the fact that THEY THINK THAT WE ARE ALL SUBJECTED TO THEIR COMMANDS!!

  29. That woman and the six justices that voted in her favor are prejudiced again gays and it makes me sick as an American citizen

  30. Running a business is about making money, no matter what sexuality, race, special abilities, religion, etc. is a customer.

  31. Good it means we are still a free country.

  32. So. If I walk into a Jewish-owned business and ask them to bake a NOT-SEE cake for me, liberals are saying the Jewish owner should be forced to bake that cake? They do not have a right to refuse?

  33. This ruling can only apply to an imaginary customer

  34. similar rulings in other Courts have already started – in Texas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pDIricmq6vw

  35. How can you force a private business to do anything anyway? If someone doesn't want to do something for you go somewhere else. It's that simple. The shame is that the couple felt they had to force her to comply with their wishes. Not the fact that they have a particular view, religion, orientation etc. Shame on the person that took this to court and wasted that woman's money having to defend herself. Where would the government get off ruling in the first place that I had to do something for someone if I don't want to within the framework of my own private business anyway? I have absolutely nothing against LGBTQ people. It's just the idea that before this ruling someone would be able to fine me if I didn't want to provide a service to someone? Unbelievable.

  36. The government, forcing people what to do and how to think it’s a good thing. What did the government force Black people to do back in the day? I can’t remember, but I’m sure it was fine.
