That’s funny….I didn’t hear you claiming the court was moving to left when Obama appointed his two activist justices. That would mean that if it’s “moving to the right,” then it’s actually moving back to the center. It’s all about “framing” the issue, isn’t it?

It’s unconstitutional to interpret the constitution in a manner that denies people rights that have been retained even if these rights are not, themselves, explicitly stated to be protected by the constitution.
I love how the hashtags are #scotus #conservatives #fascism… pretty sure the moves being made are the opposite of fascism. In fact, pretty sure the left is traditionally the ones that create fascist governments and pretty sure conservatives arent trying to make opposing views invalid by calling them racist, nazi, sexist, etc.

SCOTUS isn't shifting right, SCOTUS is following the Constitution. The same Constitution that in the Bill of Rights allows American citizens the right to speak out against the government and assemble peacefully. The same Constitution that prevents the government from entering an American citizens home to find evidence of a crime without any probable cause. The Same Constitution and prevents an American citizen from being compelled to testify against themselves…incidentally preventing torture in order to gain a confession. The same Constitution that affords an American citizen the right to a fair trial by a jury. All insured by the second amendment that allows citizens to be armed to protect the other rights in the event that a government turns on it's people.
Their decisions are not based on political affiliation but on the interpretation of the laws on the books. Instead of protesting the federal government or the Supreme Court justices their time would be better spent trying to change their individual state legislators to allow for abortion instead of this farce at the national level to try and maintain the seats in the senate and congress. This is so transparent the identity politics and jan6 nonsense failed so has this administration so now they try this weak and desperate attempt to sway public opinion sad.
So that means they're pulling us back towards the middle?
The right is getting further away from center because Democrats ran way left i was a liberal till Democrats pushed me to be considered far right.
