A recent survey reveals that only 14 percent of U.S. hospitals follow a federal law that says they must publicly post their prices. The Hospital Price Transparency rule was created as a part of the Affordable Care Act that took effect in January 2021. It requires health systems to publicly post the cost of their items and services online, from standard charges to health insurance plans. The Federal Department of Health and Human Services enforces the rule and can fine hospitals up to $5,000 a day for being in violation.

so as is said a law with no teeth. they can charge every hospital that doesn't comply $5,000 a day and none are charged . if it was a new law to pay for normal non financially wealthy people it would start the day in effect. do they not know where the hospitals are ? can't they have someone check every hospital in a few days to see who is complying ? so the answer is clear they need the body parts from donors and want to be sure people sign up to donate to the financially wealthy like him. could put stiches in for a few dollars but 6500.00 is pretty great pay. and remember meth don't cause the problems that marihuana does as far as government is concerned as it can be used and grown for price of a tomato plant. that's why meth schedule 2 marihuana schedule 1 with no medicinal uses (like meth has) even though it was used by almost all people before government got involved. all of history no deaths like the opioids as they can make money from selling the pills to treatment that as far as their numbers of less than 20% don't ever get past the addiction so a steady new batch of enslaved people to laugh at. and no jail for the saclers and the bribes don't even have to be paid other than staying in court continually
