This case is a military matter and does not belong in out criminal court.
The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) has its owe judicial system and this case falls entirely in the purview of the military. They address treasonous act from military personnel.
Our politically biased courts impose perverted justice, where criminals are made to be the victims and the victims the criminals.
Commander In Chief Biden should act in his military capacity and at least call for a military commission to report on this crime.
