Only 15 years? WTF? He could have killed everyone on the plane plus people on the ground. He knew he was breaking the law because he concealed the device in the lining of the suitcase and he ran when he knew he was discovered. Plus a butane gas and lithium batteries? Do your really think he was going to get on that plane? The only reason he was apprehended so quickly is because he was just stupid: used his real name and then went home.
