Grab some popcorn and let's watch the racist comments guys
The justice system and school system has failed this young person and they lost their life because of it.
Dropped by the court? Wth?!
Just like the Michigan State shooter… In stead of calling them DAs, they should be called DoAs.
Mannnn that is terrible. The Court actually gives an individual another chance to redeem themselves and yet the worst case scenario happens
Tell me the justice system isn't broken after all them years in college and so called expertise.
Good outcome. Saves the taxpayers an expensive trial and incarceration.
The root cause
Is RACISM.
Now surely white supremacists will wanna bring bac armed resource officers to fix a problem that systemic whiteness CREATED IN the First place. . 🙄
Don’t blame the boy for what systemic racism has created.
they don't need police in school that would not have stopped this from happening
This has never been a safe school.
So if the justice and school system had followed the law,he would and should have been charged with a felony! This is ridiculous!
why tf would they remove armed guards from the school there should always be 1
Another school shooting in a blue state??? What is the big news, unfortunately it seems to happen yearly.
We already have potentially effective means to reduce (it will never truly end) criminal use of firearms. The present laws simply need to be enforced.
But remember, gun laws mean little to nothing to criminals. The main effect the laws have is to restrict law abiding gun owners to fit within certain (and highly variable) limits.
More laws mean tighter restrictions for law abiding citizens, while accomplishing little to nothing affecting criminals. More isn't better.
people really need to stop blaming guns they don't fire themselves aside from being dropped…other than that there's always a finger on the trigger and an intent to take a life or protect one depending on the responsibility or competence of the operator..so banning guns or strengthening current laws will just make it easier for criminals and others with bad intentions to acquire them especially on the street
Uhm, what happens with the parents? He's underage and already had charges on him, in this case? Oh, let me guess, they weren't "aware" he had weapons or "we secured them." Another case of "one had, police department, not telling the other, the school, is doing?"
School department: "we have over 200 schools…"
Public and parents: "And? Many other places have as many and more!"

Saves the cost of trials and prison time. Another bright Black man throws his life away. BLM to nobody. Somebody should have given him his White privilege card, and he would have been so happy.
Hold the judge liable
We have to do something about our idiotic gun "culture".
Let's ask the serious question, is he a republican.
