43-year-old Wesley Brownlee is booked on suspicion for at least one murder charge and assorted weapons charges. Police are examining ballistic evidence from the nine-millimeter handgun found in his car. Brownlee is now in the San Joaquin jail, held without bail. Stockton CA is very interesting city. It's surrounded by a lot of world known attractions like Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, and San Francisco Bay Area but the city is like in another third world country. 😂 I'm you would think the city would be in a much better state considering all the amazing beauty in the surroundings.

The race comments are just so strange. Humans are capable of evil, regardless of race. 80 percent of serial killers are white…roughly 80 percent of US citizens are also white.
Roughly 15 percent of serial killers in the usa are black, and shocker, about 15 percent of the US population is black.
Believe it or not, human beings all have the potential to think, feel and do the same things regardless of race. It is individual cultures that may largely differ and produce different types of people, but culture has nothing to do with someone DNA alone.
