The CDC is putting out an urgent warning about contaminated eyedrops after three people have died and others suffered extensive vision loss linked to EzriCare Artificial Tears eyedrops. NBC’s Erika Edwards reports.

"Eyedrops have been tainted with a strain of bacteria that we do not believe you need to know or would understand, but it's SCARY STUFF, but you should be grateful, and tune in again soon for a lack of complete information!"

How does bacteria get into a product that is supposed to be sterile? This is sabotage.

Those are all Preservative free eye drops. I've had to use eye drops for years. Always use eye drops with preservatives, unless told by your ophthalmologist that you cannot use them.
Few, mine are a month after the recall date. Time to stock up! Really? Or I could just switch brands… hmm
