It’s crazy in school where pushed even conditioned from elementary to get a job then they shove college in our face “you gotta get a degree to get a good job” so we get into debt and find out a degree doesn’t mean someone owes you a job and on top of that jobs only see you as number that can be replaced at any given time
It’s not a traditional lay off they will be rehiring at a lower wage
They should Lay off the admin and hr workers. Their skills are nothing special
