I mean why even have the Death Penalty? Folks always talk about Death Penalty as the easy way out, and make him suffer in Prison by serving life. 😒. I get being confined to a small cell block and basically being told what to do for the rest of your life but yet, dependant on behavior, access to Rec. Activities, such as yard, internet access, TV, read books, commissary, gets fed 2-3 meals daily, jobs, earn a degree, attend church like services, visitation privileges, amongst just a few things while in prison. Yea they are really suffering smh (sarcastic). Yea inmates overtime alongside corrupted guards will make his life miserable on occasion, but the fact this young man will still have the ability to have life, and communication with the outside world, (phone calls and letters) is not suffering I'm sorry. A life for a life. Killing in self defense you have every right to defend yourself, so I can understand that, but killing in cold blooded 1st degree murder, sorry you got to go.
