  1. Fooolish kids kill themselves. That is the real headline.

  2. Raising your children right also would help.

  3. I quit TikTok and I propose you all should too, TikTok gives ideas to people do to dangerous stunts such as this one.

  4. Right. So it's Kia's fault those dumb thieving criminal losers killed themselves? Thank you, Darwinism, for doing your job.

  5. Play stupid games win stupid prizes

  6. Serve them right.
    Being Stupid..ends up Stupid

  7. tik tok tik tok. countdown to death.

  8. What is wrong with the human race honestly the poor families God help them

  9. "Play stupid games, you will stupid prizes"

  10. No car is thief proof except maybe for KITT 2000

  11. I feel bad for the insurance agent who was having a nice lunch and then had to do paperwork.

  12. why would you sue the company? it's the people doing st*p*d and crazy sh*t

  13. They deserve it smoking on 4 teens

  14. Good thing mines is a 2023 but I still think that anything is possible. Look at all of the stolen catalytic converters. There are also kids looking for unopened vehicles to steal or steal from. It's crazy.

  15. its not the companies fault, those kids have bad parents

  16. Why blaming the car company? The problem is our messed up kids out there. Tiktok challenge? Bullsht. Kids nowadays only watch social media sht. Dropped out schools, no jobs, nothing serious, important in life. You will never see a tiktok challenge about scoring better grades in school, fight a 4 point GPA,be a better citizen etc. Don't blame the car companies, blame our messed up society.

  17. social media bad for mental AND physical health.

  18. Challenge? You mean incitement to theft. Call it what it is, this is by far no game or sports event.

  19. So they're more after the car manufacturer rather than policing these thefts? Yeah there's a vulnerability in the car but it feels like they're more focused on the car's fault rather than the actual crime being committed.

  20. Bro I can't say I feel bad for the kids that decided to think it was a good idea to steal a vehicle. Like bruh, are you that dumb to steal and then speed off with a vehicle? nah I honestly ain't sad for em

  21. Stupid idiots. Why sue manufacturers for supposedly older tech?

  22. My condolences to the Kia owners. I have no sympathy for the teens kill. Good riddance to such trash

  23. I lost my first car (ironically a brand new Hyundai) in highschool in this kind of scenario, where some idiot ex-friends pressured me to cross the border to go to Mexico.

In a bad area of town right on the border, I started being followed and eventually carjacked at knifepoint & gunpoint by some Mexican guys near the bridge.

At 16 and being very sheltered, I didn't know how to react and just jumped out speechless, while one of them stabbed one of my more stubborn passengers while forcing us out of the car.

Apparently the local PD and Border Patrol were looking for them, so they needed an escape vehicle and I became an easy target. My 7 month old 2007 Hyundai Sonata Ltd V6 sped away from me further & further as I laid on the ground of the bridge and all of my valuables inside the car.

After getting some emergency assistance and BP figured out what had just happened, a chase started to ensue and eventually down in Juarez, the local police took over.

Within just 1 hour plus, my car crashed on a Juarez roadway after flipping over many times and caught fire. I found out the next day, no thanks to unhelpful detectives.

Some people blamed me for the most irrational reasons, as being "responsible" for the death of 6 young men, despite being younger than them myself and not having much control over such a thing in the first place. Why? Over racial lines.

Apparently I should've just not reported to BP that my car was stolen and that my "friend" was stabbed in the arm.

I would hope that the owner of this vehicle is exempt from such criticism. Luckily in the end, I got a much nicer car, but I lost a lot of personal stuff I had left in the Hyundai that day and almost my life too, to some crazy numbnuts, who burned alive thankfully.

  24. The manufacturer definitely needs to make improvements and should do more than provide steering wheel locks in some cases. HOWEVER, what about holding the parent(s)/guardian of these teens also responsible? And definitely the teens themselves. Glad to see this one is facing criminal charges, but what about the parent(s)?!? Not in all cases, but often times the idiotic things kids do is a direct reflection/consequence of what's going on at home.

  25. My condolences to the Kia owner

  26. Two of the ugliest car maker(s)!!! They should ban themselves from the car industries lol

  27. 4 less retards on the planet is considered a good day lol

  28. TikTok is dangerously influential on these kids

  29. I cannot wait for tiktok to be shut down

  30. Wonderful as if I don’t have enough problems!!

  31. YALL LIKE NAME CALLING HOES NIGGAS NIGGAS

  32. tee hee hee…those crazy tik-tokker teens

  33. Bring back manual transmissions!

  34. It's not a defect, it's the engineers cutting corners to save money. It's ridiculous how easy it is to steal these cars. It's not just Kia either and with kids being so easily influenced with social media it was only a matter of time before someone got killed. I'm not surprised however seeing as to how ever generation gets dumber and dumber. They eat tide pods for God's sake. Parents need to step up and be parents and actually raise their kids and not be their friends.

  35. How about we go after Tik toc for not indefinitely shutting down these reckless accounts that promote theft, violence, and anything that can influence the tender minds of young children, and parents what ever happened to monitor your kid's activity in general and on social media? come on get a grip!! 😐

  36. TikTok is not to blame, stupidity is the issue here. Blame the car company or TikTok? Come on, y’all. Makes no sense.

  37. The internet created socialize dummy generation.

  38. Some good 'ol Natural Selection at it's finest

  39. So crime don't pay? But damn it sure cost …
