This is kind of messed up regardless, but what is the difference between a "large duck" and a "swan" as it pertains to randomly hunting and eating one, especially one with babies, from a municipal area?

I find this so very disgusting!!!! And of course nothing will happen! That's what the whole problem is nobody's ever punished for anything they do! They were hunting,( right )and they didn't realize it was a swan of course not , they just thought it was a big duck. Biggest lame story I've ever heard in my lifetime, And of course mom and dad didn't realize it was a swan either!!! I can see a big fine and jail time!!!!!
At least it didn’t go to waste.
