No one ever played the game with more grace, on or off the court. He made the sport beautiful with his perfect form, his effortless power, and his unmatched finesse. Before he had won a single Grand Slam tournament, McEnroe credited him with the kind talent that comes along once in a generation, if that frequently. I don't expect that I will see another player with so perfect a game, and so gracious a demeanor, in my lifetime.
Well, at least we get to see him at Laver Cup again, one of the most entertaining tennis venues.
Good bye Roger, for the good times and bad. Thank you for showing us how tennis should be played. From Borg, McEnroe, Connors, Lendl, Sampras, and Agassi, I’ve seen it all. You’re the best I’ve seen. You are the GOAT by a mile. No one can equal the style, grace, gentlemanship and pure shot making. We will always remember and miss you dearly

I am not "old" by any means but I have seen some of the greatest tennis players of all time play and personally I can't find one player on the men's or women's side that can be considered greater then him. Doesn't matter if someone has more grand slams. Jordan doesn't have the most rings but he is still considered the best. He just is the greatest to ever grace the court and it was a pleasure getting to watch him play for all these years.
