Northern California prosecutors filed attempted murder charges against a motorist who was behind the wheel of a Tesla that went over a cliff with his wife and two children inside. Camera footage of the incident and eyewitness accounts led to the decision to charge 41-year-old Dharmesh Patel.

Dharmesh is my second cousin, the last time I saw him was during his wedding reception in the late 2000s he was always kinda a quiet easy going guy that loved cars , very well educated and a great profession , personally speaking mental health affects everyone no matter the wealth or success in life . we are all shocked by his decision to do this, it's a miracle that those beautiful children are alive and are physically OK.
