Union workers are the backbone of this country. Those who fight unionizing, which is protected under the 1st Ammendment, are anti-American and anti-Constitution. Anyone who supports union busting is really supporting the 'race to the bottom' and the destruction of America.

Remember when the orange menace complained about not seeing American cars on Fifth Avenue but so many Mercedes? It's funny, at Mercedes, they are highly unionized, have work councils and a seat on the board (by law!), have at least 6 weeks of paid leave and nothing as absurd as PTO but instead practically unlimited paid sick leave, of course universal healthcare, work considerably fewer hours than their American counterparts, and with higher productivity and higher quality. They are also required by law to take their vacation days, and hire-and-fire like in the US is unthinkable. You wonder how that works in Germany when your typical megalomaniacal oligarch tells you that unions and workers' rights were the death of the economy.
Prepare for a shock. People like Musk do not tell the *truth*.
It's also funny when you see how American led companies like Walmart, Opel (formerly owned by GM), or now Ford have been failing when they just send American managers who never knew anything other than their unregulated predator capitalism and were completely incapable to adapt to a fully deveoloped and highly competitive market like Germany.
On the other hand, Stellantis (French mother of Renault, Fiat etc.), made Opel profitable again within 2(!) years of ownership, after many years of losses under GM management. Walmart burnt 2+ billion and had to retreat because they believed they could just force their way into the German market with their usual methods of dumping prices and treating employees like paid slaves and even forcing some bigotted code of conduct on them. Ford and Opel were the only car manufacturers in Germany not profitable for years.
It's not an organized workforce that's bad for the economy, it's the absence thereof.

A company should have the right to fire people when they start causing problems. If workers want to "gang up" on a company, which is exactly what a union does …"gang up", then a company should have the right to get rid of this kind of person. If they don't like the pay, then it is their right to quit and find a better paying job. Why did they join Tesla in the first place if they didn't like the pay???
